5.2 Installations, Upgrades, and Repairs
This page is the closed-out works register for Lake Bennett Estate common property: installations, upgrades, and repairs that have been finished and documented. It is the counterpart to 5.1 Planned Upgrades and Outages (needed / proposed / scheduled work).
As-built detail for plant that still exists belongs on the relevant page in sections 3 or 4. This register records what changed, when, who did it, and where the manual was updated — so history is not only in people’s heads or contractor email.
Living Register
When a job on 5.1 is marked Complete, add a row (and a short detail section if useful) here, then update the asset page. Do not leave finished work only on the planned register.
How to Record a Closed-Out Job
- Confirm the work is finished and services are restored
- Add a row to the Works Log below (newest first)
- Add a short detail section when contractors, isolations, or as-built changes matter later
- Update the asset page in section 3 or 4 (photos, specs, map placemark, Show on Map link)
- On 5.1, set status to Complete or remove the scheduled-outage row
