Council collection is a local-government service, not estate common-property plant. Missed collections, replacement bins, and council waste rules go to Coomalie.

Green waste is collected by the estate landscaping contractor. Confirm what is accepted (garden prunings, lawn clippings, and similar) with Lakeside Upkeep and Tech if unsure.
Owners may also deliver garden / green waste themselves to the hill processing area — see 6.2 Green Waste Processing Area.
